2) You know, I once read a great article about Jake Ryan vs. Lloyd Dobler--how girls *say* they love Jake Ryan but are really looking for good old Lloyd. Which seems vaguely sexist to me, in retrospect, but it was still interesting. (Personally, I heart them both, but nobody makes t-shirts about Lloyd Dobler.)

Jake Ryan? Personally I prefer Molly Ringwald, but I suppose that's because I am a boy!
